Fixing a binding in Tin Hut

Equipment failures happen only occasionally but when they do they can present a real problem. Despite trying to go prepared for all circumstances, sometimes you just have to make do with what is on hand and limp home gently if gear fails. This was day 2 out on a 13 day tour. Luckily on this occasion some screws were found in the hut and a make-shift rivet was crafted to repair the binding. Having the hut, some gear inside and some ingenuity saved this trip.
